Deustch part 3 : Zahlen und zählen

Guten morgen, today i share one of the most important section in learning foreign language : Numbers and counting. Hmm, it just like back to kindergarten, hehe. Ok, kids, let’s start count zero to hero, ehm, i mean zero to ten :

0          : null
1          : eins
2          : zwei
3          : drei
4          : vier
5          : fünf
6          : sechs
7          : sieben
8          : acht
9          : neun
10        : zehn

It is easy, right? :D. Don’t forget about the pronouncation. Because most of zahlen using double vowel. For example 3, we don’t pronounce it ‘trei’, but ‘trai’. You can read about pronouncation in my previous post (Deustch 1). Now, we contiune count 11 and 12 :

11        : elf
12        : zwölf

When i join the course several days ago, next activity was listening. Some people throws dice and they mention the number.  I think you can try it by yourself at home, hhe. Next, let’s count 13 to 20. Basic rules in counting 13 to 19 : mention the unit, then mention zehn (10)

13        : dreizehn
14        : vierzehn
.....
17        : siebzehn (not siebenzehn)
......
20        : zwanzig

Okay, i hope it’s clear to you. Hmm but the section is not over yet, let’s contiune with 21 to 100.

21        : einsundzwanzig
22        : zweiundzwanzig
...
30        : dreizig
40        : vierzig
70        : siebzig
73        : dreiundsiebzig
100     : einhundret

Oh, we also learn how to read the phone number, hhe. There are some example :

081331244 :
null acht eins drei drei eins zwei vier
or
null einsundachzig dreiunddreizig dweizehn vierundvierzig

456789 :
vier fünf sechs sieben ach neun
or
fünfundvierzig siebenundsechszig achundneunzig
